Facility Rental Information

The Buffalo County Fairgrounds has three buildings with facilities that are ideal for events of many different sizes and several acres of land for parking and outdoor activities. Our site and facilities are flexible for all sizes of events.

 

Exposition Center

The Exposition Center features 46,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space and is surrounded by acres of outdoor exhibit area. The indoor arena is 110’ by 300’ with a 30 foot concrete apron in front of the grandstands. The grandstand seats 2160 plus additional floor and bleacher seating can be added. The facility capacity is 5000 people. The Expo Center is home to many different events. Besides rodeos, livestock shows and sales, the Exposition Center houses such events as the demolition derby, the Shrine Circus, midget car racing and the monster truck show. The earth floor can be packed and covered for large trade shows, concerts, receptions and dances. There are many extras in the building such as ex-large overhead doors on three sides of the building, two concession areas, indoor and outdoor animal washing areas and ticket sales areas. Additional equipment to make your event a success such as bleachers, stage decks, tables, chairs, electrical drops, public address system, panels and fans are also available. The Center and Ag Pavilion can easily be used in conjunction with each other for larger events.

 

Ag Pavilion

The Ag Pavilion is 260’ by 180’ and features a 120’ x 60’ indoor arena Banquets up to 450 people work nicely in the Ag Pavilion arena area. Besides the indoor arena area, the Ag Pavilion also offers an additional 40,000 square feet of exhibit space that is ideal for commercial or livestock displays and has excellent staging room and access to the arena. The Ag Pavilion is used for wedding receptions, concerts, dances, trade shows and livestock shows and sales. Also available for your use are a kitchen and concession area, an office, electrical drops, bleachers, stage decks, panels, a public address system, tables and chairs.

 

 

Exhibit Building

The Exhibit Building is an ideal facility for events involving crowds up to 2500 people. The building is 120’ by 220’ with 26,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space plus outdoor exhibit space, large overhead doors, wireless internet, a concession area, ample parking and two meetings rooms. Many extra are available; including a public address system, portable stage, electrical drops, tables and chairs. The building will hold 119 - 10’x10’ booths. The Exhibit building is a popular place for trade shows, flea markets, large receptions, dances and craft shows.
